Big Island police are asking the public for help with identifying a suspect in a shoplifting case in South Kohala.

The Hawai‘i Police Department is looking for a male suspect responsible for a July 10 theft at a South Kohala convenience store.

The suspect is described as having a thin build and being between 5 feet, 6 inches and 6 feet tall.
