The Pirate Republic Brewing Company is looking for an experienced Craft beer sales professional to fulfill the roll of Manager (MM). The MM is responsible for achieving sales and field execution goals within Florida, through key chain account management and local account calls. This position has day to day management of our distribution partners as it relates to building sales. This professional will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through proactive planning and identification of opportunities, objectives, strategies and action plans to improve sales.  Any candidate is required to have a passion for craft beer and winning. Candidates must possess strong connections with key Florida on and off premise key accounts - specifically those serving significant craft beer brands. In order to be successful, they will be required to develop a deep understanding of the Pirate Republic Brewery story.

Rooted in authentic historical detail, Pirate Republic Brewing Co. celebrates our deep roots in The Bahamas, our focus on brewing world-class beer and our joy in sharing our brews with craft compatriots. Our brewery is located in Nassau with a sister brewery in Lakeland, Florida.  Our tap room is located on historic, Woodes Rogers Walk 200 meters from the port of Nassau which attracts over 5M visitors a year. We have a second tap room at Atlantis resort in Marina Village and we are exploring 3rd tap room.
